Job Description: Anwesan Mission Trust is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives and strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and supporters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing financial resources, developing fundraising strategies, and contributing to the sustainability and growth of our programs. Position Overview: The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing fundraising activities that support the mission and objectives of Anwesan Mission Trust. The role involves donor engagement, grant proposal development, partnership building, campaign management, and fundraising performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational goals. * Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and funding agencies. * Research and identify new funding opportunities and grant prospects. * Prepare compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and fundraising materials. * Organize and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities. * Maintain donor databases and ensure timely communication with supporters. * Monitor fundraising performance and prepare regular reports for management. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, resource mobilization, or a related role. * Strong proposal writing and grant development skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management tools. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Passion for social development and community impact.
